Summary of Position

Strategic leader with deep experience with People process, technology, analytics and Strategic Ops. The leader has extensive command of all people processes and employee experience. The leader will cultivate relationships and work collaboratively with People Centers of Excellence (COEs), IT, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and key partner teams including Infosec and Internal Audit. This position reports to the Chief People Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic, company-wide, People Innovation initiatives from ideation to closure.

  • Provide leadership to global teams to facilitate and manage strategic technology investments based on risk/value/other portfolio health OKRs.

  • Be a thought leader for People organization globally to drive a project to product mindset with the desired outcome of a more flexible and extensible organization.

  • Lead, coach, empower and grow a high performing global team of People Innovation Team.

  • Build strong relationships and partnerships with business stakeholders at the People Leadership team level including business and technology organizations to influence the People outcomes.

  • Lead the development and delivery of the global people technology, data, and analytics strategy, providing simplified processes, technology solutions, and insights to inform strategic decisions and effectiveness.

  • Responsible for all aspects of people data and analytics including data governance, reporting & dashboards, and predictive modeling.

  • Empower HR business partners with improved tools and training to easily access, understand and act on people processes, technology and data.

  • Establish and manage end-to-end planning and resource allocation approach grounded in best practices seamlessly from strategy to execution throughout the year and is integrated with financial planning process.

  • Drive and manage critical elements of People Team's overall operating rhythm including streamlining PMO, execution governance, quarterly reviews with People Extended Leadership teams.

  • Collaborate with HRLT to maintain and enhance the People OKRs and KPI's and ensure metrics are accessible in online dashboards and measure success or programs executed in support of Employee experience.

  • Proactively identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve the employee experience, reduce risk and costs, and improve compliance and controls.

  • Think broadly and provide innovative options/solutions. Stay abreast of external trends and new solutions to advise/consult with HR partners to deliver on their strategy and inform the technology roadmap

What You Will Need

  • 15-20 years of experience managing and implementing HR Technology, Analytics platforms including Workday.

  • Experience with HR technology solutions, primarily Workday, SharePoint, etc.

  • HR process best practices & process optimization methodologies

  • Customer focus and empathy with track record of providing business operations services that deliver high quality user experiences.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, and an ability to use data and metrics to support assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses.

  • Expertise in process design and scaled agile methodologies that help align entire organizations on a shared set of execution priorities and operationalize them.

  • Ability to successfully manage c-level relationships, effectively partnering on financial planning, strategy development and execution, and collaborating in cross-functional environments.

  • Excellent at communicating complex ideas in a way that resonates across diverse groups of stakeholders, shapes strategic decisions, and generates momentum for meaningful change.

The base salary range for this position is$200,000 - $280,000.In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here:Teladoc Health Benefits 2025.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
