TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in Burlington County, NJ in search for a Customer Support Specialist. This position will work with a dynamic team to ensure smooth operations and effectively communicate for their customers. Candidates with experience in customer service and administration are encouraged to apply.
*Description:* * National contact center support * Handle inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers * Support sales order process for new installation projects * Following up on open service requests and placing new requests * Support billing and payment process * Completing online service requests *Qualifications:* * Customer service and administration experience * Microsoft office * Strong communication * Strong attention to detail * Call center experience preferred *Additional Details:* * Schedule: Monday-Friday, this is an on-site position only * Shift: 8am-5pm and 10am-7pm * Contract-to-hire opportunity * Full benefits and 401K immediately upon starting * Ability to learn and grow with a dynamic team *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
