*Professional Summary*:
The Installation Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring seamless division and customer support throughout the installation process. This position involves effective communication across various channels and touchpoints to guarantee installations are completed as contracted, all necessary documentation is recorded in the CRM for invoicing, and customer satisfaction is consistently achieved. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and communication skills, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. *Key Responsibilities*: * Provide support to divisions by coordinating with customers and subcontractors during installation completion. * Conduct audits of documents and system information in adherence to policies and procedures, ensuring the invoicing team has accurate and complete data. * Follow up with customers post-installation to collect final payments and obtain any outstanding documents required for invoicing. * Manage and resolve all inbound calls, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes. * Collaborate effectively with divisions to address needs for additional services or missing documentation/data upon installation completion. * Ensure customer interactions align with established company processes, delivering consistent and high-quality experiences. * Maintain accurate records and data within the CRM system to support operational efficiency. * Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to team success. *Qualifications*: * High school diploma or GED equivalent. * A minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service. * Prior experience in the home improvement industry is highly desirable. * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. * Proven organizational and time-management abilities. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. * Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure in fast-paced environments. Available Shift: Monday - Friday + Saturday rotation (every 4-5 weeks) Schedule: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Training hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (one month of training) Please apply with an updated resume! *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
