*Description*
The Customer Services Coordinator receives booking requests and initiates the transportation and logistics processes for company services. Primary Objectives * Timely, accurate, and complete orders within required timeframes. * Initiation of order processing according to customer requirements and internal process standards. * Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external customers. *Shift:* * Monday to Friday * Working an 8 hour shift been 10AM to 9PM. * Need to be open to all shifts, will not take preferences into consideration *Pay: * * $18hr *Skills* * Logistics experience * Dispatching * Manufacturing * Call center * Customer service * Data entry *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * 2 + years of related customer service experience with an emphasis on the importing and exporting goods * Domestic and/or international transportation and logistics experience * Experience with ten key by touch and typing speed of 35 WPM. * Ability to communicate clearly with excellent verbal, written, and listening skills. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
