Our team in Industrial Group is looking for an Industrial Group Demand & CRM Analyst to join them. You will report to the Manager, Process and will work schedule in East Aurora, New York. You will direct and oversee the development, management and administration of the Sales and Operations Planning process.

This may encompasses total demand development, production/supply plan preparation for all products and services sold, and the management / direction of the formal Sales and Operations Meeting where our goals are made. You will also oversee the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Sales tool administration, maintenance and analysis. You will identify and articulate trends that impact business forecasting.

To be considered for Industrial Group Demand & CRM Analyst, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • Bachelors of Science degree in a business related field, or Bachelors of Science degree in a technical field along with 3 years related business experience.
  • Minimum five years of progressive experience as directly related to this position.
  • Analytical skills and ability to identify and articulate trends that impact business forecasting.
  • Familiarity with Lean principles and their application.

As an Industrial Group Demand & CRM Analyst, you will:

  • Develop and direct the Sales and Operations Planning process at ICD (including the integration of the Engineering S&OP process).
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of company strategy and direction, sales, marketing, operations and financial management practices and their inter-relationships and influence. Coordinate the EH Products & Services monthly review as it relates to this process.
  • Develop standard processes and business rules for ICD as related to this role.
  • Maintain understanding and accuracy of processes.
  • Facilitate and represent sales organization in Operations and Supply Planning meetings and provide direction to same regarding forecast and other sales / demand related impact issues.
  • Assist ICD Sales team with the budget and forecast process for ICD's complete book of business.
  • Develop intercompany revenue and product mix forecasts.
  • Analyze and evaluate individual and consolidated ICD Sales forecasts for risk, accuracy, and trend development.
  • Stimulate and facilitate appropriate actions to deal with undesirable revenue variances
  • Develop and provide insight to ICD Senior Management regarding information gained during all phases of the S&OP process.
  • Provide training, technical guidance, and/or work direction to ICD Sales Team for forecasting sales within their territories
  • Coordinate inter-disciplinary forecast and production conflict resolution

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $80,000.00-$115,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
