As a Remote Support Engineer, you are responsible to provide first line support to field engineers and customers using technical documentation, telephone support and remote diagnostic tools. You will maintain spare parts inventory, applications lab equipment, and participate in service training schools. There will be travel as necessary to support field operations and cross train field engineers. Responsibilities
