Primary duties for this job will consist of preparing expert witnesses for testimony, preparing responses and objections to subpoenas, assisting with responses to Daubert challenges, and assisting the General Counsel with litigation management. Secondary duties will be to review, revise, and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

The Salary Range for this position is $130,100 - $195,100 and is dependent on education, experience, location and certifications/licensure.
