We're Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too - driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good - you've come to the right place.

We're looking for a Creative Lead Designer for the CRO Office - someone with excellent design expertise, impressive conceptual abilities, and speedy production skills to deliver the best-in-class presentations and visual storytelling resources for our Chief Revenue Officer in a variety of contexts, including our marquee customer-facing events - Dreamforce, TDX - etc, Board Presentations, major internal events like Company Kickoff and All Sales Calls, and other first and third party events. You'll work with our CRO, Sales Leadership team, and other top executives in developing impactful slides, visuals, and more that define industry-shaping moments, such as the launch of Agentforce. Accordingly, the ideal candidate will be a creative with a clear aesthetic vision, with storytelling and messaging expertise in an enterprise software business context. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can independently handle and manage the creative needs of our Global Sales business. You have the ability to both take a strategic view to guide your team and manage day-to-day workflows and resources effectively. You possess a keen eye for both design and copy, with a strong digital background and exceptional conceptual skills. As the Creative Lead, you will develop a vision and ensure its alignment with the broader Salesforce design system.

A big focus, especially for this role, is to design our world-class keynote presentations that bring together our unique brand, breakthrough products, and immersive storytelling. You'll be delivering on and scaling our keynote presentations - 60-90 minute shows for thousands of in-room attendees and many more online viewers. You'll be responsible for the conceptualization, templatization, and execution of keynote slides - where the need for attention to detail and quality are always at the forefront.

You need to be able to whiteboard ideas, brainstorm innovations, and be comfortable working with higher management, be an expert in time management, be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and be experienced in building constructive and effective relationships. Salesforce thrives on embracing change and you should too.

You'll be a member of our CRO Office and part of the Global Sales team, while also closely connected functionally to the Corporate Messaging team, which plays a critical and hands-on role in defining the narrative of Salesforce and our portfolio of products.

Example forums would include: Company Keynotes, Board Presentations, Townhalls and Functional Meetings, Customer and Partner Events (both first party like CRO Experience and third party), Dreamforce, World Tours, etc.

  • Branding - develop visual branding and collateral for the CRO and Global Sales org

  • Vendor Management - Advise on requirements and evaluate output of external agencies and vendors for CRO Projects as needed

  • As capacity permits, support the COO of Global Sales and the OU Leaders in their presentation needs
