Position Title: Real Estate Valuation Coordinator
Business Unit: Risk Management Reports To: Manager of Real Estate Valuation Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for assisting lenders and branch personnel with obtaining valuation of real estate securing residential loans. The incumbent provides support to various individuals within Credit Administration. The incumbent provides timely and high quality service to all internal personnel and external vendors and contacts. Primary Responsibilities: Reviews real estate appraisals on residential loans. Coordinates appraisal processing with external appraisal management companies. Resolves appraisal concerns raised by lenders or borrowers. Services appraisal requests from MAD, DLC, Correspondent Lending and Loan Adjustments. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
