Senior Leader: Project Management - Denver or Austin (Hybrid)

The Senior Leader Project Manager plans and organizes tasks, people and resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within the specified budget. Their main duties include creating a project plan, managing resources and ensuring that the project finishes within the planned timelines and costs.

Role Responsibilities



  • Manages complex projects affecting the operations of a business function.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, resources and costs.
  • Coordinates activities of a project team, including research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review/audit.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Maintains project documentation and develops presentations for communication.
  • Creates process flows and test cases, conducts testing, recognizes problem areas, analyzes solutions and makes recommendations for resolution.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project changes and ensure they are implemented effectively.


Role Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2-4 years progressive management experience, including project management, in a large operating environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Salesforce preferred

Salary

The base salary range is $82,000 - 110,000.00 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
