Identity Management Specialist - Mid

This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.

Cherokee Analytics is seeking an experienced Mid Identity Management Specialist to monitor and report on safe, secure, and successful implementation of approved identity management plans.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated starting salary range: $123,000. Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Identity Management Specialist - Mid Responsibilities Include:



  • Apply frequent and systematic due diligence procedures to evaluate the sustainability of the unit's Identity Management tactics, techniques, and procedures, and provide Identity Management training as needed to support and enhance unit missions
  • Respond to and fulfill all approved individual requests for Identity Management mechanisms to facilitate the successful completion of worldwide HUMINT operations
  • Maintain and update all individual HUMINT collector Identity Management mechanisms, thereby allowing for the completion of short suspense operations
  • Maintain total accountability, using automated systems, over all Identity Management mechanisms and conduct an annual 100% physical inventory of said mechanisms
  • Provide technical support and guidance in preparing a wide variety of sensitive intelligence reports, correspondences, and other reports to the command group on Identity Management best practices and the status of all Identity Management products, processes, and plans
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned


Identity Management Specialist - Mid Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:



  • Active TS/SCI - must be willing and able to obtain CI Polygraph
  • Five (5) years of experience within the Intelligence Community
  • Knowledge of and experience with the intelligence operations and its various disciplines, functions, processes, and documentation functions, processes, and documentation with minimum:

    • One (1) year of experience with Identity Management; or
    • One (1) year of experience with Counterintelligence; or
    • One (1) year of experience with HUMINT

  • Knowledge of DoD Identity Management Program and HUMINT operations
  • Graduate of Joint Operations Support Technician courses
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for preparing, presenting, and communicating complex topics and using available multimedia software and applications.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
