Starting Wage: $24.52 + 0.80 shift differential for 2^nd shift

Shift: 1^st shift, 6am-2pm; 2^nd shift, 1:50pm-9:50pm

Location: 207 Laurel Hill Road, Verona, VA

What you will do:

• Perform Line Assembler duties as assigned and as needed to effectuate the completion of brazing and brazing duties at assigned work areas
• Demonstrate the ability to adhere to and remain in compliance with all safety rules and PPE requirements
• Successfully complete classroom and DOJO training (copper to copper brazing, copper to brass brazing, copper to steel brazing and know the five stages of flux)
• Read, understand, and work from blueprints, schematics, bills of material, routing sheets, applicable OMS documents, and other written, electronic, or verbal instruction
• Work with materials to complete assigned tasks to meet production requirements
• Operate tools and equipment to assembler, test, handle, manipulate, and move components, assemblies, and final product
• Use measuring and testing devices as well as visual inspection to ensure the quality products and conformity to all prints, work instructions, and quality standards
• Maintain required records including but not limited to quality checklists, inputs into specified electronic systems and reporting of all line issues into the appropriate data collection systems
• Successful completion of required skills training (e.g. crane and tugger operation, fall protection, etc.)
• Preventative Maintenance daily on all braze equipment (daily safety check sheet)

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to operate hand tools
• Ability to read and understand written English
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
