As a Plant Operator Trainee at Worley, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for effective operation and maintenance of treatment processes. Through directed and on-the-job training, you will learn to analyze trends and data, monitor equipment and processes using various instruments including gauges, meters, and SCADA inputs, and optimize day-to-day operations for economic efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance tasks and ensuring thorough documentation of all plant processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES #LI-JS4 QUALIFICATIONS
