Your Role on Our Team

As IT Solution Analyst II - Engineering & Product Value Chain, you will be part of the team that supports our Engineering function and teams that drive product data management. This role will be engaged in delivering and supporting the technologies, processes, integrations, and solutions that support our custom development and enterprise platforms.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the definition, development, delivery, and support of systems and solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient operations. Your ability to organize thoughts, execute tasks, and create and execute test plans will be essential in delivering high-quality IT solutions.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities

  • Coordinate the identification and definition of business requirements working with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Build relationships with stakeholders to understand their processes, pain points, and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to define and develop solutions supporting engineering and product data management including process improvements to drive efficiency and system integrations and automation.

  • Serve as a communications liaison between Solution Delivery and stakeholders to understand key issues, identify perception gaps, and resolve questions

  • Apply Agile methodologies to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to deliver IT solutions in iterative cycles.

  • Support issue, idea, and initiative intake and backlog to support work estimation, prioritization, and planning.

  • Support project execution across solution delivery projects and initiatives and communicate progress and project status updates to multiple constituencies.

  • Build experience with key business processes and align industry best practices to support solution design and development.

  • Expand data extraction and analysis to drive insights and identify issues and opportunities for alignment. Utilize data extraction, analysis, and transformation techniques to validate data quality and drive alignment.

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of IT solutions, integrations, and test plans to facilitate knowledge sharing and seamless handovers.

  • Coordinate the identification, documentation, and execution of test scenarios to validate solution delivery.

  • Support the resolution of open incidents with a focus on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and solution support and troubleshooting.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

  • 2-year degree in IT, Engineering, or Business required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or product owner

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and organize.

  • Ability to breakdown strategic objectives into actionable work for development teams.

  • Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools.

  • Experience with business applications, processes, and solution implementation methodologies.

  • Strong functional analysis skills to drive business requirement definition that involves eliciting, analyzing, prioritizing, articulating, and documenting business requirements.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to summarize and communicate effectively across functional audiences and topics while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Experience with project management knowledge areas including planning, scheduling, and execution. Ability to lead multiple small to medium projects with guidance.

  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:

  • Experience in program governance using both waterfall and agile methodologies combined with demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects

  • Ability to gather requirements from business partners

  • Background in collaborating with custom development teams

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud, Azure native applications, Azure DevOps, InRiver PIM, Databricks, Azure integration services, Power BI, Syndigo, Sitecore, and ServiceNow.

  • Experience writing user stories.

  • ITIL or other technical certifications.
