Job Summary Summary: As a Warehouse Manager with Mazzone Catering, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the warehouse. Experience in hospitality and food service preferred Motivates, organizes and encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure that productivity targets are met. Trains staff, monitors their performance and progress. Communicates with other departments, staff groups and internal customers. Oversees stock control and processing orders. Ensures that quality, accurate delivery and budget objectives are met. Responds and deals with internal customer communication in the most effective way available. Keeps stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements. Produces regular reports and statistics as needed. Ensures the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment. Oversees the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.
