Position Title: Trust Services Group Market Manager 1 Business Unit: WM - FNTC Reports to: Market Executive Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for the management, refinement and consistency of client relationship management and administrative functions across a group of Client Advisors and Relationship Advisors. The incumbent is responsible for motivating, coaching and monitoring the First National Trust Company (FNTC) Client Relationship Management Program and the administrative oversight and monitoring for their direct reports. The scope and level of this position may be determined by market, revenue and asset size and number of direct reports. Primary Responsibilities: Coordinates client calling efforts within specified regions. Monitors calling activity and assists in modifying Client Advisor call plans as necessary. Participates in joint calls with Client Advisors coaching to sound relationship management principles. Motivates and assists Client Advisors with book of business administration. Helps the team execute on objectives, motivates while driving high performance as it relates to key metrics, goals and established measurements for success all while encouraging and ensuring team engagement and collaboration and mentors staff members for personal growth and career development. Manages continuing education and career path of staff members. Participates in budget, retention, expansion, attraction and administration within the assigned market, or business unit. Helps build and execute strategic Trust Group functional business plans surrounding retention, expansion and attraction of Wealth Management (WM) business. Services highest level clients within the specified markets. Monitors at-risk relationships, helps client advisors develop appropriate at-risk plans and participates in those plans as a member of the team. Provides on going support in production oriented activity to include sales support and sales activity across all lines of business. Adopts, advocates and effectively practices the guiding principles and tenets of the F.N.B. Wealth Management endorsed Leadership Doctrine and Best Practices Coaching guidelines and serves as a member of the Market Leadership Team. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
