OVERVIEW:

Primary duties are to review, revise, and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors. Secondary duties will be to learn, and assist with, other areas of the law intersecting the company's services.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Primary background in contract review and negotiation.
• Amenability to learning, and assisting with, other areas of law, such discovery, compliance, and governance.
• Draft, revise, and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors.
• Build relationships across business units and with leadership stakeholders.
• Interact with outside counsel to achieve legal objectives.
• Assist in drafting and review of company policies.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION and CERTIFICATIONS:

• Strong academic credentials with a J.D. from an accredited law school; attorney's license must be current, active, and in good standing.
• 3-5 years of experience

REQUIRED SKILLS and ABILITIES:

• Excellent writing skills, sound business judgment, and effective communication skills required.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
• Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude.
• Positive and courteous disposition with clients and employees.

Travel Requirements - minimal

The Salary Range for this position is $104,100 - $156,100 and is dependent on education, experience, location and certifications/licensure.
