Service Delivery Manager - Flexible Pipe Systems Would you like to take ownership of delivering an exceptional service to our customers? Partner with the best As a Service Delivery Manager you will ensure that we maximize our short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution. You will oversee the on-time delivery, contract adherence and payment for our customers. You will coordinate job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure we deliver to our customers. As a Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for: Following and recording internal and external Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures to ensure a safe, compliant environment Acting as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers to build relationships and ensure customer success Building successful long term customer relationships that lead to high levels of customer satisfaction and contract growth Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars. Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon. Coordinating and monitor all job activities as outlined in the procedures and policies across organizational boundaries. Monitor performance across a range of service delivery and financial metrics Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements. Being familiar with the assigned client's process for MOC / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college Minimum of 10 years experience in oil & gas or energy industries Two years of P&L experience is highly preferred Strong understanding of field services protocols and processes Previous experience managing people or coordinating within an O&G environment Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team Experience working with multiple internal teams to execute logistics to meet customer requirements Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
