Overview: (Key Personnel Proposal Opportunity)
Agile Defense is seeking a highly experienced and driven Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting one of the Department of Justice's most impactful national security programs. This role provides the opportunity to oversee large-scale, cross-functional projects that play a direct role in disrupting international criminal networks, dismantling illicit financial operations, and supporting public safety at home and abroad.
This is not just a management role-it's a chance to be at the center of a coordinated federal effort that integrates intelligence, finance, law enforcement, policy, and program operations. You will manage a dynamic team working across a broad range of critical areas such as intelligence analysis, financial audits, program oversight, geospatial reporting, and law enforcement coordination. Your leadership will help ensure the effectiveness of multi-agency efforts targeting some of the most significant criminal threats facing the United States today.
Projects may span a wide range of task areas, including intelligence support, program analysis, audit and financial services, administrative operations, and technical coordination.

Responsibilities
    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all contract deliverables, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with government requirements.
    • Provide day-to-day management of assigned personnel and ensure consistent communication with client leadership and internal teams.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government on all contract-related matters.
    • Coordinate cross-functional activities, including investigative support, financial analysis, policy research, and administrative services.
    • Manage scope, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple tasks.
    • Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting, ensuring transparency and audit-readiness.
    • Supervise, mentor, and guide team members to foster collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
    • Ensure the highest level of contractor performance; resolve challenges swiftly and diplomatically.
    • Interface effectively with high-level stakeholders across multiple law enforcement and intelligence agencies.
    • Ensure task execution aligns with program priorities focused on combating criminal organizations and disrupting the flow of illicit proceeds.
Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in a federal law enforcement or intelligence environment.
    • Demonstrated success managing projects from initiation through delivery.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute complex work across multiple functional areas.
    • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing diverse teams.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
    • PMP or other project management certification.
    • Experience working on federal law enforcement or intelligence contracts.
    • Familiarity with multi-agency environments and interagency coordination.
    • Knowledge of investigative processes and financial or programmatic auditing.
