Position Title: Bindery - Machine Operator
Wage: $18.00-$24.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: flexible hours between 6:00am-5:00pm Join a great team as a Bindery Operator, where your expertise in finishing printed materials takes center stage! In this full-time role, you'll set up and operate state-of-the-art bindery equipment to ensure precision and quality, from binders to cutters, folders, and more. With your 1-2 years of experience in the printing industry, you'll play a key role in maintaining production standards and meeting customer expectations. Bindery - Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Prepares printed materials to be finished by reading work orders; calculating requirements; obtaining supplies. - Prepares bindery equipment by reading job specifications; inspecting equipment; setting controls on binders, cutters, folders, stitchers, die cutters, laminators, and feeders. - Achieves production and quality standards by observing equipment operations; detecting malfunctions and deviations; adjusting controls.? - Maintains inventory supplies by checking stock; anticipating needs; verifying receipt. - Maintains quality results by adhering to standards.
