Position Title: Yard Shuttle - Lead
Wage: $20/hour Shift: B Hours: 4pm-2am Tuesday-Friday QPS has a Lead position available that would require you to have a valid driver's license and supporting a team of 14 during your shift. Previous Lead or Supervisor experience is a huge plus. Yard Shuttle - Lead Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide guidance and observe Parking Lot Staff: - Lead, train, and monitor the performance of employees working in the lots - Ensure staff are following safety protocols and providing excellent customer service - Provide guidance on parking lot procedures, such as vehicle entry/exit, parking guidelines, and maintenance tasks - Oversee the proper allocation of movement and storage for vehicles - Ensure vehicles are parked correctly to optimize space usage and minimize congestion - Maintain a schedule for transit vehicle arrivals and departures Driver Responsibilities: - Safely operate a company, personal, or customer vehicle, following traffic laws and safety policies - Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report any issues - Ensure safe employee entry/exit and follow assigned routes - Maintain a clean vehicle and report incidents promptly Passenger Responsibilities: - Follow safety guidelines, including wearing a seatbelt - Enter/exit safely and assist with directions if needed - Avoid distractions and report unsafe conditions - Be prepared to move vehicles upon arrival Monitor Safety and Compliance: - Ensure compliance with safety standards, including vehicle maneuvering, no damage to vehicles, equipment or property - Complete reporting requirements on time, ensuring accuracy - Monitor parking lot conditions to identify and resolve any hazards or maintenance issues - Assist with maintaining records of vehicle maintenance and parking lot inspections Yard Shuttle - Lead Requirements: - Valid driver's license - Previous Lead or Supervisor experience is a huge plus - Outdoor environment, exposed to varying weather conditions - May need to work evenings, weekends, or holidays based on operational needs QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
