Position Title: Material Handler Wage: $18.00/Hour Shifts: 1st Shift Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Monday - Friday If you are an organized, self-motivated individual with a passion for helping teams succeed, we'd love to hear from you! Material Handler Responsibilities: - Safely load, unload, move, and store materials, including recyclable, hazardous, and non-hazardous waste - Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed) - Label, sort, and stage materials in designated areas - Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation - Follow site-specific procedures and safety protocols, including PPE requirements - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations - Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Requirements For Material Handler: - Candidates must provide a resume with previous forklift experience - High school diploma or GED preferred - Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (company will train) - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift - Comfortable working in a dynamic, sometimes messy environment with exposure to liquid consumer products - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety - Ability to work independently and as part of a team QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
