PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This role supports the Financial Aid function at Herzing University through management of the Title IV Federal Work Study (FWS) budget and effective administration of the program. This role requires the ability to collaborate with staff and faculty at all campuses to identify needs for student workers and to place students into open roles. The Senior Specialist role also requires the ability to generate new and innovative ideas, ultimately seeking the best method to utilize student workers on campus, create new partnerships with local non-profit organizations, and to fully exhaust the University's Federal Work Study budget each Federal Award year.
