Join Our Team as a Grateful Engagement Program Specialist! Gundersen Medical Foundation is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Grateful Engagement Program Specialist to lead and coordinate all activities of our Grateful Engagement Program. This pivotal role involves executing outreach strategies, tracking clinician referral activity, and developing comprehensive reports on program performance outcomes. Reporting to the Annual Support Development Manager and collaborating closely with the Manager of Major Gifts, you will play a crucial role in fostering meaningful connections and driving impactful engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Research & Outreach: Design and implement a robust research and outreach strategy using donor databases and prospect research data to identify and engage potential donors. Clinical Partner Engagement: Collaborate with clinical partners to provide referrals, program information, training, and strategic recommendations. Follow-Up & Reporting: Ensure timely follow-up on clinician referrals and requests, sharing activity in a measurable format to enhance program engagement. Resource Management: Serve as a resource to clinicians regarding HIPAA and best practices for grateful engagement. Process Improvement: Coordinate and refine vetting and operating processes for outreach programs, stewardship activities, and mailings. Analyze data to inform program development and improvement. Event Coordination: Plan and execute engagement events, such as patient reunions and milestone celebrations. Collaboration: Work with gift officers and development staff to ensure efficient clinician engagement and prospect identification.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, fundraising, human services, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of three to four years' experience in frontline fundraising, sales, stewardship, marketing, or communication. Program coordination experience in a fast-paced environment requiring interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Desired Skills: Frontline fundraising experience, basic knowledge of health system operations, and experience in prospect research. Data Analysis & Strategic Influence: Perform detailed data analysis to capture meaningful insights and create reports reflecting performance outcomes. Use these insights to strategically influence program development and drive impactful changes.

1.0 FTE Schedule: Monday-Friday Days Location: hybrid eligible role, 2 days a week to work remotely after adequate training. Otherwise, position would require the ability to work onsite in La Crosse, WI
