Our Company The Opportunity The Business Process Optimization and Enablement (BPOE) team strategically identifies, evaluates, and drives optimizations within the Corporate Accounting Office (CAO) leaders across the org to enhance and scale key initiatives, processes, and operations. The CAO is responsible for Adobe's global & technical accounting, tax, treasury, compensation, global procure-to-pay operations, travel & expense, deal desk, pricing & revenue operations, and reporting of Adobe's financial results. As a Sr. Business Process Optimization Program Manager, you will be a key driver and catalyst to our organization and will ensure that high-priority initiatives projects/programs in the CAO are driven in a timely manner while achieving the desired business objectives. These improvements will contribute to making valuable contributions to business processes, system improvements, and optimization initiatives impacting cross-functional and global teams. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional consulting, program management and motivational change leadership skills. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $98,800 -- $192,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
