Job Summary

We are currently expanding our partnerships team to focus on strategic growth in key verticals, including Education, Retail, and Small Business.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Partnerships Junior Specialist to join our expanding team. This role will be pivotal in scaling our partnerships within the education vertical and developing a comprehensive strategy for expanding into the retail and small business segments. The ideal candidate will possess strong research, analytical, and communication skills, coupled with a passion for building mutually beneficial relationships internally and externally.

Responsibilities

*Education Vertical Partnership Management:
oManage and scale existing partnerships within the education vertical (K-12, Higher Education, etc.), ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
oCollaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure successful partnership implementation and support.
oTrack and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
*Retail and Small Business Partnership Development:
oConduct in-depth market research to identify potential partnership opportunities within the retail and small business segments.
oAnalyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform partnership strategy.
oDevelop a comprehensive partnership proposal, including target partners, value propositions, and financial projections.
oPresent partnership proposals to internal stakeholders and potential partners.
*General Partnership Support:
oMaintain accurate records of partnership activities and performance.
oPrepare and deliver presentations and reports to internal stakeholders.
oStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in partnership management.
oAttend industry events and conferences as needed.

Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
*1-3 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, business development, or sales.
*Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
*Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus.
*Experience in the education, retail, or small business sector is also a plus

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $51,408.00-$84,456.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
