Pay Rate: $13.75 per hour

Work Schedule

Shifts: 2-2-3 rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts.

Rotation: Biweekly day/night rotation.

Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods during shifts.

The Role

As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations. This position requires a dependable and safety-focused individual who can work effectively in a team environment. Key responsibilities include:



  • Operate and troubleshoot production equipment to manufacture quality products.
  • Contributing to production processes with attention to safety and quality.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet production goals.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adapting to a dynamic environment with flexibility and willingness to work overtime as needed.



Requirements



  • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role or relevant experience.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills are a plus.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and adapt to changing schedules.
