Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.

SUMMARY

The Specialty Banking Sales Administrator plays a central role in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient office operations. This position requires the incumbent to process Verification of Deposit requests, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with industry managers to uphold high customer service standards. Additionally, the Specialty Banking Sales Administrator will coordinate with third-party vendors and organize industry events to drive the department's success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complies with, and stays abreast of, all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
  • Processes Verification of Deposit requests from external accounting firms.
  • Responds to customer inquiries and requests for account information and documentation. Coordinates with industry managers to ensure that exceptional customer service standards are met.
  • Prepares 3rd Party Vendor Request invoices for payment.
  • Assists with the preparation and binding of various department materials including, but not limited to, proposals for Property Management relationships and Customer Service Manuals.
  • Compiles, prepares, and submits sales documentation related to specific sales data in line with the sales and growth objectives of the Specialty Banking Department.
  • Administers the day-to-day office operations of the Specialty Banking Department to ensure that supplies are fully stocked, legal posters remain in compliance, and that all office equipment is running efficiently by putting in service orders when needed. Coordinates with third party vendors as needed, including entering maintenance issues into Ecotrak tracking log as necessary.
  • Coordinates, prepares, and organizes special industry events that contribute to the increased earnings and growth objectives of the Specialty Banking Department.
  • Provide and promote the Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers by consistently delivering superior customer service and taking action to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
  • Other duties as assigned.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED; and 1 - 3 years related experience in business or the financial services industries.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

COMPUTER & SOFTWARE SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:

  • Outlook Internet software
  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Various banking platforms such as Navigator, Weiland, online banking platforms (Q2), etc.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Notary Public preferred, or the ability to obtain license.

  • High level of customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to handle complex situations with all types of people, including high value associates in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range:$20.00 To $24.08 Annually
