Description
This position will support the Treasury Management Specialists, Treasury Management Operations Manager, and Treasury Management Sales. It will also support the daily relationships with Treasury Management clients. This position should have a good working knowledge of bank products. This individual will work primarily on Treasury Management daily operational duties to ensure all processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner. They will assist with processing, coordinating and implementation of Treasury Management products to ensure delivery is within timeframes as specified by the client. This individual works closely with the Treasury Management Specialists to enhance the satisfaction of our clients through timely and accurate implementations. Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with daily/weekly/monthly Treasury Management operations for all services, this includes balancing and processing of Wires, ACH, Lockbox, Remote Deposit, Cash Vault, Positive Pay and any other Treasury Management related services.
- Communicate and work with our third party vendors that we utilize for Treasury Management services to include Silverlake, Lockbox, Merchant Services, Cash Vault Services, Profit Stars.
- Communicate effectively with the Treasury Management Operations Manager and Treasury Management Lead to resolve any Treasury Management issues.
- Assist clients with all Treasury Management support calls regarding but not limited to online banking, lockbox, remote deposit, wires and ACH.
- Track all client support calls, emails and opportunities on Synergy ensuring timely resolution, follow through and detailed summary of call or email.
- Assist Treasury Management Specialists to ensure delivery of products and services are completed within agreed upon timeframes.
- Lockbox processing to include but not limited to client implementation, mail opening, sorting, scanning, balancing, reporting, preparing check 21 file, deploying lockbox activity to clients as well as customer service calls and training
- Assist with client interviews to ensure systems and products are clearly defined as requested by the client..
- Serve as a point of escalation on behalf of the client to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Exceed client and business partner expectations.
- Adhere to all Bank of San Antonio policies and procedures.
- Attend meetings and training as required to continue development and to enhance knowledge of Treasury Management products, processes and technologies.

High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); and at least 1 year banking experience. 2+ years banking experience is preferred, with at least 1 year Treasury management products and services, operations customer service or merchant card service experience.
