Sales Support Specialist Job Description

Telos Corporation (Telos) is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This position will report to the Pricing Principal, within Telos Growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supports sales personnel by establishing quotes for Telos Intellectual Property (IP) Xacta, and for product resale from Telos held GSA contract vehicle Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-3 Hardware (ITES-3H)

* Ensures sales personnel receive required information and documentation in a timely manner

* Manages the communications flow between Sales and other functional groups regarding operations and administration of Sales functions such as quoting and order administration (OA)

* Monitors and resolves operational issues by serving as primary quoting and OA contact person with key internal departments

* Organizes communications to Sales staff to ensure the necessary IP and product information is available to equip them for selling success

* Develops and manages Sales Reporting that provides adequate data and analysis for sales of Telos IP Xacta, and for product resale from Telos held GSA contract vehicle ITES-3H

* Identifies tools to increase sales quoting automation

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelors or equivalent with concentration in finance or business preferred
• 1-2 years' experience, in US Government preferred
• Past performance showing ability to lead multiple projects efficiently
• Ability to work in an environment adopting organizational change
• Ability to work effectively under time critical deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, as well as oral and written communication skills
• Proven decision and problem-solving skills
