Position Summary:

The Creative Manager will lead our creative team and drive strategic, high-quality work that aligns with our brand objectives. This role will work closely with the Creative Director to develop and execute creative concepts, manage a growing team, and collaborate with clients to ensure that creative projects go beyond production and contribute to strategic goals. The Creative Manager will play a key role in evolving the department from a short-term production focus to a long-term strategic vision while advancing creative operations and processes.

• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, video, etc.) and project management software.
• Solid understanding of brand strategy and creative execution across various channels.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changing client needs.

Creative Leadership & Strategy:

• Collaborate with the Creative Director to craft and execute innovative concepts and strategies that elevate the brand and resonate with audiences.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and provide guidance to the creative team, ensuring all concepts and projects align with both business goals and brand identity.
• Help shift the creative department's focus from short-term production to long-term strategic planning, driving evolution in creative operations and process improvements.

Team Management & Development:

• Lead, coach, and mentor junior creative staff to foster an environment of continuous learning, growth, and creative excellence.
• Support the professional development of team members, providing feedback, guidance, and opportunities for career advancement.
• Ensure that the team consistently produces high-quality, on-brand creative deliverables, maintaining a strong focus on quality and meeting deadlines.

Client Collaboration & Communication:

• Work directly with clients to understand their business objectives and creative needs, translating those into actionable, innovative creative solutions.
• Present creative concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback into the design process while ensuring that the final output exceeds expectations.
• Guide clients through the creative process, helping them move beyond production-focused thinking to more strategic, long-term creative planning.

Concept Development & Brand Management:

• Develop compelling, on-brand creative concepts for marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, print collateral, and other branding projects.
• Ensure consistency across all creative work, maintaining a unified brand identity while adapting strategies to current trends and audience needs.
• Lead the development of creative assets that not only meet client needs but also align with broader business goals and objectives.

Operations & Process Improvement:

• Take initiative to advance the creative department's processes, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, productivity, and risk management.
• Oversee the implementation of streamlined workflows to enhance collaboration across the creative team, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Continuously assess and refine creative operations to improve overall output and team effectiveness.

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, MultiMedia or Graphic Design
• 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
• Proven track record of leading creative teams, managing cross-functional projects, and delivering successful creative campaigns and multi media content.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a broad range of creative work across digital, print, and multi media formats.
