We are looking for a Data Collection Team Lead with excellent communication, time management, organizational and data analysis skills to join our Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality (AR/VR) team. The role will focus on managing research collections with participants designed to validate the engineering approach for augmented and virtual reality-enabled products. We will evaluate feedback and make recommendations to the AR/VR product teams that will be used in design strategies and engineering approaches. The Data Collections Team Lead will also develop analytical methods for consolidating data inputs and collating user feedback to help guide the technical requirements of the product team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end success of this program from data collection, data review and visualization, to client reporting and technical issue troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduate in any field
  • 3 to 5 years of specific experience in big data collection management (preferable)
  • Working experience in Excel (in a manual environment)
  • Good knowledge in handling various types of mobile phones and other tech devices (Tablets, laptops etc..)
  • Experience in working with ticket management platforms (Raise, review, approve, follow-up, close, report)
  • Experience in collaborating with teams across geographies and functions

Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Project coordination: Initial planning and gathering of requirements, identifying requirements of new projects or device iterations, protocol reviews, go / no go decisions of workstreams
  • Scheduling Coordination: coordination with scheduling team for refresher training, raise needs for additional HC to be trained, resolve spacing between collections, provide final sign off for collection readiness.
  • Metrics and trend reporting for QBR, MBR, and for weekly meetings with PGM.
  • Engineer coordination: calling out issues, protocol updates, operational suggestions, feedback loop, task clarification, experimental requests
  • Creation of project infrastructure and process
  • Project risk assessment and mitigation
  • PA management
  • Leading project meetings and demos
  • Training of new hires
  • Business Justification: PLs coordinate, train and drive all aspects of data collection, demonstrating their deep expertise and acting as the main POC for their specific projects.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is between $57,500-$67,000 annually, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
