The Regulatory Services group at Diablo Canyon is responsible for interfacing with station staff and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, to ensure DCPP to ensure regulatory compliance, as well as meeting licensing and design basis commitments. Position Summary DCPP Regulatory Services is looking for a talented summer intern to lead the development and implementation of several modernization projects related to emergency response and preparedness. Projects may include developing or working on regulatory management databases, development and integration of data visualization tools, and . To obtain and maintain employment, you must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen, a security background check for unescorted access to a nuclear plant, psychological screen, and be subject to random drug and alcohol screening in fulfillment of federal requirements. PG&E is providing the hourly rate range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual hourly rate paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.77 to $36.42. Responsibilities
The successful intern will have the opportunity to lead and support activities as described above working with a team of experienced Regulatory Services team members.
