Our Company Reporting directly to the VP of Strategy and Growth for Creative Cloud, this is a highly strategic and critical role with the primary goal of building a center of excellence (team and tooling) to drive data-driven strategic discussions and initiatives. This must capture, inspect, and analyze usage and behavioral patterns within our products (such as traffic to conversion analysis, initial experience to full usage retention analysis, etc.) to help drive net new growth, increased usage, and long-term retention. Expectations of this role (and the team reporting into this role) include, but are not limited to, identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to constructs forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge, Additionally, this is a role that may work across Adobe as the center of excellence matures in order to connect and identify broader user trends and opportunities for efficiency and impact. The Opportunity As Adobe continues to grow and the create software landscape changes, we are rapidly growing our efforts to be a data-first and behavioral science-based product organization. We are looking to better understand user behavior, cross-application usage and patterns, long term retention, and connect this data back to top of funnel acquisition and onboarding efforts, so that we can be more hypothesis and data driven. This means we are growing our data bridges across Adobe's flagship applications, such as Photoshop and World-class with other part of the ecosystem like Adobe Stock (one of the fastest-growing business units at Adobe), Behance (the largest creative group of over 50 million members where over the last year we have strategically shifted the platform to help drive creator livelihoods in addition to showcasing their work and being discovered), etc. What you'll Do

The U.S. pay range for this positionis $197,700 -- $416,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
