The Opportunity

We are the market leader in software products and services for the creative, genAI & marketing ecosystem with Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, Express, Firefly, and Experience Cloud. Reporting to the VP, New Business Ventures, you will foster a culture of customer empathy and orientation, have strong intuition for meaningful business impact, have a passion for coding & tinkering, and a deep curiosity about the application of new technologies (e.g., generative AI, creative workflows, document efficiency, marketing outcomes).

You will be a player-coach who manage a small team of GenAI & Creative Technologists to deliver practical customer solutions and product prototypes to solve hard problems.

What you'll do

  • Understand customer pain points & business needs and translate that into technical solutions

  • Ideate, design and code product and workflow prototypes using knowledge of creative production, marketing workflows, Adobe APIs, and external APIs

  • Work across internal research & engineering teams to build prototypes using existing and new available technologies.

  • Use other new technologies (e.g., products, APIs) and synthesize technical trends and impact to Adobe (so-what, then-what)

  • Serve as technical expert on new technologies in Adobe Firefly Services (APIs), Creative Cloud technologies, and corresponding Digital Experience APIs and technologies

  • Script & record compelling technical demo videos that bring product truth to life.

  • Present product demos at CEC/customer/events/developer audiences & relevant Adobe leadership meetings

  • Can foster a great team culture and produce insights & prototypes

What you will need to succeed
  • Minimum technical skills: JavaScript / Node.JS (server-side, front end), API tools (Postman, App Builder), HTML/CSS, React (Spectrum or similar), Python a plus, Low-code connectors a plus (PowerAutomate, Zapier, Mendix), ML Framework knowledge (Pytorch, Hugging Face Accelerator), Distributed cloud compute knowledge (K8s, Slurm)

  • A minimum of six years as a developer (full-stack preferred, familiar with API methodology/usage)

  • Technical experience across creative, document, digital experience, generative AI, and workflow/low-code spaces (e.g., image editing, video, audio, 3D, analytics, work management, pdf)

  • Work-well across functions, research and engineering teams

  • Ability to storyboard, produce, and edit your own demos using Pr, Ps, AEM, Workfront, Frame, Express etc. Capable of conveying sophisticated technical and product ideas.

  • Build the future mindset & around the corner thinking. Analytical and strategic problem solver, adept at using data to advise decisions.

  • Founder-style ownership and work ethic. Ability to working autonomously, track-record of delivering on-time

  • Flexibility to travel as needed (~ 20% of month)

The U.S. pay range for this positionis $179,300 -- $354,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
