The Opportunity

Adobe Sign seeks an experienced and passionate Senior Product Manager to drive product adoption and engagement among marquee Enterprise customers. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to define and execute strategies that deliver exceptional value to our customers and drive meaningful business outcomes. Partner with some of the world's most recognizable brands to solve their challenges, deliver delightful solutions, and make Adobe Sign indispensable across their organizations.

What You'll Do

As the business owner for product adoption among marquee Enterprise customers, you will:

  • Set the strategy: Develop and champion a comprehensive enterprise product adoption strategy, identifying the largest business opportunities while addressing key customer pain points.

  • Influence the roadmap: Leverage a deep understanding of customer use cases and business opportunities to guide the direction of Adobe Sign's product roadmap.

  • Create impactful enablement content: Produce high-quality resources that equip GTM (go-to-market) teams to effectively communicate the value of product innovations to customers.

  • Be the chief product evangelist: Master Adobe Sign's product features and benefits. Lead high-stakes customer meetings, host webinars, and deliver internal enablement sessions to advocate for the product's value.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives: Align and coordinate sales, customer success, product management, engineering, and design teams to achieve shared goals.

What You Need to Succeed

  • High ownership: Demonstrated accountability and resourcefulness in solving problems, overcoming barriers, and delivering outcomes.

  • Analytical problem-solving: Proficient at breaking down complex problems and identifying root causes, supported by data-driven recommendations.

  • Influential communication: Skilled in both written and verbal communication, with proven experience influencing B2B customers and senior executives.

  • Customer empathy: Deep commitment to a customer-first mindset, with a track record of uncovering and addressing true customer pain points.

  • Cross-functional leadership: Thrive in collaborative environments, aligning diverse stakeholders to drive outcomes.

  • Experience: 5+ years in product management, product marketing, management consulting, or related fields. B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
