Summary of Job Duties:The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Program evaluator coordinate data collection and evaluation reporting required by the funding agency. This includes coordinating data collection for UAMS and both FQHCs and ensuring that all data are entered in the SAMHSA SPARS database and coordinates generating reports for review by the executive committee. The duties of the Program Coordinator contribute in the effort to further the mission of UAMS: To improve the health and health care of Arkansans. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree plus (2) years of program coordination or administrative support experience or

  • Associate's degree plus (4) years of program coordination or administrative support experience or

  • High School diploma plus (6) years of program coordination or administrative support experience required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills required. Skill requirements demand intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, charts, graphs, and other methods as required.

  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, manage multiple programs at one time, and integrate changes smoothly.

  • High level of accuracy in work is required.

  • Must exhibit excellent ability to edit work for spelling and grammar.

  • Good listening and comprehension skills are essential. Ability to multi-task required.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Workday business processes

  • Grant management experience

  • Previous survey work.

  • Must learn other programs as necessary, i.e., Dropbox, Workday, RedCap, and Microsoft suite.
