You and Your Job

As a Treasury Analyst you will be successful assisting and preparing key data analysis needed to steer the balance sheet

As a Treasury Analyst you will learn about balance sheet risks and how these can be managed from a Treasury perspective. You will assist in building and working with tooling to assist in making balance sheet steering decisions. Moreover, you will also need to learn about market dynamics and financial products to manage liquidity and funding.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing various components of Treasury, gaining an understanding of their interactions and stakeholder landscape.
  • Support Treasury activities and the value chain, applying knowledge in Treasury/Asset Liability Management (ALM).
  • Help identify and manage behavioral risks (ALM, financial, etc.) and implement risk management practices.
  • Perform data analyses to support Treasury functions.
  • Use relevant systems and tools, identifying opportunities for automation.
  • Monitor market dynamics and assess their impact on Treasury and the bank.
  • Assist in preparing management information and reports.

To be considered for the Treasury Analyst role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years' experience
  • Strong interest in financial markets.
  • self-starting and proactive.
  • Detail oriented and precise and be able to perform (financial) analysis.
  • Be able to work with Python and Power BI is preferred
  • Ability to travel regionally, up to 50%
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Rabobank is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
