Solutions Architect The Solutions Architect is a highly experienced professional responsible for providing subject expertise to support strategic direction and implementation of programming. The role involves developing strategic approaches and best and evidence-based practice for self-sufficiency programming. The Solutions Architect will actively lead the response to successful program development and implementation and ensure high-quality services and outcomes. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to maintain constructive working relationships in a cross-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Solutions Architect: $175k Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. Solutions Architect Responsibilities Include:
- Strategic Leadership
- Engage with Sr. Level government customers, identify key areas of concern or risk, and architect innovative program solutions that integrate advanced service capabilities to improve program delivery and self-sufficiency outcomes.
- Shape strategies for leveraging best practice to enhance best and evidence-based practice and self-sufficiency solutions.
- Advocate for and implement solutions that address multi-systems alignment to increase healthy housing, financial wellness and asset development services for Afghans.
- Solution Development
- Design scalable systems for services development
- Build tools and methodologies for incorporating program elements into workflow.
- Design team implementation structure, as well as outcome and KPIs.
- Collaboration & Mentorship
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including state and local government, non-profit ecosystems, banking systems and education systems.
- Mentor team members and foster expertise in self-sufficiency service and innovation within Cherokee Federal.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- Familiarity with epidemiological modeling and its integration with clinical informatics.
- Proven ability to deeply understand and champion client missions, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
- Experience working across teams and disciplines to create innovative and effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate challenges with creative and impactful strategies.
- Focus on long-term value creation and sustainability in project design and execution.
- Commitment to serving end-users and stakeholders, ensuring their needs drive solution development.

Solutions Architect Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Degree (Masters preferred) in Social Services, Social Work, or a related field.
- 10+ years in Social Services or Social Work with displaced persons
- Understanding of social work interventions to support self-sufficiency
- Experience in developing and implementing programming for displaced persons.
- Experience in working across multi-disciplinary teams and relationships.
- Experience integrating health data with clinical workflows and public health programs.
- Demonstrated leadership in state and/or national level social service projects.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with a proven ability to deliver results in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
