*Description*
Resume Must Haves: - Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice to support migration efforts to Microsoft Teams voice platform. - Experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms such as Five9, NICE, Genesys or Cisco - The ability to work with the business to gather business requirements. - Not just understand the how, but also the why, when, and why not of telephony service delivery in support of business process and goals. - Develop telecommunication solutions to address user needs. - Prepare detailed specifications flowcharts and end to end Visio designs for implementation of telephony solutions. - Maintain telephony related hardware, software, and infrastructure. - Monitor, log, track and resolve hardware, software, and infrastructure deficiencies and notes weaknesses or tendencies toward failure. Additional Qualifications - Migration of legacy phone systems into Microsoft Teams Voice - TDM, IP-PBX, and VM/UM integration - PRI, Digital, Analog, VOIP, IP Telephony, POE, H323, SIP (station and trunking) - PSTN connectivity - ISP provisioning/management - Ability to design, administer, troubleshoot, and support dial-plans and call flows/vectors. - Deployment of Microsoft Teams in a complex enterprise environment - QOS/COS traffic shaping/bandwidth throttling Monitoring, packet capture and analysis and troubleshooting IP voice issues. - Understanding of Number Porting *Skills* voip, TEAMS, UC *Top Skills Details* voip,TEAMS,UC *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Must meet minimum compliance requirements of CHS *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $58.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
