Position: Customer Service Advocate What You'll Do: * Provide Excellent Service: Be the friendly voice that assists our Medicare Advantage members with their coverage and claims-related questions. * Interpret Benefits: Accurately explain benefits and policy provisions for all our products, ensuring members understand their coverage. * Research & Resolve: Conduct thorough research and follow-up to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. * Professionalism: Maintain a polite and professional manner while working in a high-volume call center. * Advocate for Members: Investigate and triage customer concerns, advocating for their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. * Empathy & Support: Show empathy and provide detailed, courteous explanations to help members understand their benefits. Skills We're Looking For: * Customer Service: Strong background in customer service and support. * Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Windows and Microsoft Office. * Call Center Experience: Previous experience in a call center environment, understanding metrics and expectations. * Phone Etiquette: Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor. * Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently. * Empathy: A crucial skill for success in this role. * Healthcare Experience: Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
