As Product ExperienceSenior Researcher, you will be responsible to guide and drivesensory and consumer research activities and projects in alignment with business opportunities and corporate strategies.You willpartner closely withthe creation and design teamwith sensory and consumer insights that are directlyrelevant for the product design and formulation.You will also partner with commercial and marketing teams to ensure impactful customer engagement reactively and proactively. You will be the voice of the consumer. AsaProduct Experience Senior Researcher, you will... Work with cross functional teams(category leaders, commercial, marketing, innovation, creation, and design teams)and effectively designand implementsensory & consumer insights methodsfor productdevelopmentand formulationfor the creation of products people love Be the voice of the consumer and create product experience insightsto bring to customers Generate sensory and consumer datathrough: Effectiveuse ofdiscriminative and descriptive sensory methods Design of quantitative consumer tests Execution of qualitative consumer research (from creating moderator guides to moderating, assimilating results, and reporting) Analyze complex consumer and sensory data using statistical models, textual analysis, etc.; translate effectively raw data into insights and actionable recommendations that support the developmentand design of products Responsible for supporting thedevelopment and implementation of new research tools and modelsto provide future in-depth insightstoproducts andconsumerbehavior Present findings to internal stakeholders and customersto guide development andshowcase consumer understandingintheproductsdeveloped Collaborate with regional and global Product Experience Team Coach and mentor junior team members Required Skills: High level of expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies, and related data analysis; being at ease with statistical programssuch as R, SPSS, JMP, Xlstat Strategic thinking, learning agility and drive for results, creativity,problem solvingand strong business acumen Strong people skillsand an effective team playerand coaching skills Influencingand networkingskills Ability to craft a compelling story driven by data to deliver insights Demonstratinginclusive leadershipwithincross-functional teams Able to work autonomouslywith minimal supervision by manager Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Required Experience: Minimum 8years of experiencein qualitativeand quantitativeconsumer research, preferably within food and beverage manufacturing Masters and or PhD in Sensory Science, Experimental Psychology,Neuroscience, Food Science orrelated area Preferred Experience: Advanced skills in sensory and consumer methodologies and statistical analysis Trained in qualitative research methods Culture Principles ACT AS AN OWNER- We take ownership and work with passion and integrity.
