JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Quality Assurance Analyst - Learning Design Team Support - Justice and Safety Institute About Us: The Justice and Safety Institute Learning Design Team comprises functional groups, including multimedia, quality assurance, instructional design, and project management. Our mission is to integrate course content from the Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement Training Institute (PACSETI) faculty into a learning management system using efficient project management tools like Workfront. Role Overview: We seek a proficient Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with instructors and staff on testing, documentation development, and tool customization. You will conduct internal, implementation, and defect resolution verification tests and perform quality assurance analyses on training content within the PACSETI learning management system (LMS). Additionally, you will contribute to job knowledge sharing and adhere to our in-house style manual. Integration of SharePoint, Teams, and other O365 tools into our project workflow will also be part of your responsibilities.
