Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated BPO SPE Data professional with 2 to 4 years of experience in Cards & Payment and Retail - Back Office. The role involves working from home during day shifts ensuring seamless operations and data management. The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our back-office processes supporting the companys goals and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process data related to Cards & Payment transactions with high accuracy.
  • Ensure all back-office operations are performed efficiently and within set timelines.
  • Provide support in the analysis and reporting of data to improve operational processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues related to data processing in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all data handling activities.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay current with new technologies and methodologies.
  • Support the team in achieving overall business objectives and targets.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for data management and back-office operations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.

  • Possess strong technical skills in Cards & Payment and Retail
  • Back Office.
