Warehouse Supervisor - 1st Shift

Hearth and Home Technologies is hiring aWarehouse Supervisor position at our Sacramento, CAdistribution center. This is a 1st shift position with a 7 AM - 4 PM schedule Monday through Friday with overtime as needed. OurWarehouse Supervisor is responsible for providing daily direction by directing and managing distribution operations with a focus on quality, delivery, cost, safety, member development, and continuous improvement.

You will:

• Engage and motivate Members and provide onsite leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements, improved working relationships, and high employee morale through effective communication, coaching, training, development, and root cause analysis.
• Maintain a well-trained staff to support the business needs based off of the staffing model.
• Drive a safety culture to prevent recordable or loss time accidents at the facility including developing and implementing training sessions for all warehouse members.

The Skills You Need:

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, engineering or industrial technology or related technical discipline
  • May substitute equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five+ years of effective leadership experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Lean Manufacturing Experience
• Bilingual preferred
