Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.

SUMMARY

The position will encompass all facets of day-to-day support of the Bank's voice and data network services, including reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining the systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complies with, and stays abreast of, all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
  • Designs, administers, and maintains UCaaS and UCCaaS systems
  • Designs, implements, monitors and manages the telephony and data network equipment, appliances, and management solutions.
  • Enterprise voice and data network systems support, installation, operation, and management of voice and data network circuits.
  • Planning of voice and network installations by studying internal orders, plans, and technical specifications; ordering and gathering equipment, supplies, materials, and tools; assessing installation site; and preparing an installation diagram.
  • Regular interactions with network engineers, systems operators, and voice and data network professionals in the design, delivery, and support of services.
  • Coordinates the installations, changes, and upgrades of voice and data network services.
  • Verifies service by testing voice and data network circuits and equipment; this includes identifying, resolving, or escalating issues with voice and data network service providers.
  • Assess and provide solutions for issues with the voice and data network systems and services.
  • User support and training of the system's features and functionality.
  • Analyze voice and data network service providers invoicing for accuracy
  • Provide, present, and promote the Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry, and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Microsoft Office, Excel (Intermediate), Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid CA Drivers License, CCNA or CCNP optional, A+, Network +, Telecommunications (TCM), AOTMP, BICSI

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

  • Must have excellent communication, teamwork/collaboration, time management, organization and problem solving skills.
  • Must take initiative and be motivated, technically savvy and be capable of adapting to change
  • Must be fully familiar with computer networks, connections and cabling, LAN infrastructure.
  • Must have the ability to travel locally on occasion and work infrequent overnight or weekend shift.
