Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 9+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Support and manage corrective action projects across multiple partner groups Serve as SME to bring structure and organization to teams managing complex data and to-dos Drive meetings, facilitate working sessions, and track project milestones and deliverables Provide red/yellow/green management reporting and ensure timely updates Maintain and manage various project management artifacts and RTMs (Requirements Traceability Matrix) Serve as a taskmaster to hold teams accountable and drive progress Act as the primary liaison for leaders across groups to help coordinate staff direction Balance oversight of 6+ assignments simultaneously rather than one primary focus Ensure compliance with risk and control frameworks Facilitate and participate in up to 2 management meetings per week and daily project check-ins as needed Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of Project Management experience Strong familiarity with Project Manager and Program Manager artifacts Experience with risk and control frameworks and managing corrective actions Highly organized with strong multitasking skills Ability to bring structure to complex environments Comfortable communicating and reporting across all levels of leadership PowerPoint proficiency for updates and reporting Experience in management reporting (R/Y/G status updates) Strong presence in meetings and working sessions (2/3 of time spent collaborating live) Ability to independently own deliverables and ensure follow-through Pay Range: $43-53 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
