TakeUp is looking for a talented and customer-focused Revenue Strategist to join our team. In this individual contributor role, you will work closely with our customers to shape their revenue strategies, optimize performance, and drive growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in revenue management, especially within the hospitality industry, to make a meaningful impact.



What You'll Do

As a Revenue Strategist, you'll support customer relationships and revenue growth efforts under the guidance of more senior strategists. You'll assist in analyzing performance data, preparing strategic recommendations, and enabling clients to adopt best practices in revenue management.



  • Customer Engagement Support: Assist in managing customer interactions by helping prepare materials, responding to inquiries, and supporting calls and meetings.

  • Revenue Strategy Execution: Collaborate with senior strategists to implement proven revenue optimization tactics tailored to customer goals.

  • Performance Monitoring: Collect and interpret customer data to highlight trends, identify opportunities, and support reporting and insights.

  • Enablement Assistance: Contribute to the development of resources and tools that help customers understand and apply revenue strategies effectively.

  • Collaborative Teamwork: Partner closely with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and delivery aligned with customer objectives.

  • Continuous Learning: Actively build knowledge of hospitality revenue management and customer success methodologies through hands-on experience and mentorship.


Who You Are

You are an early-career professional with a passion for learning, a keen analytical mindset, and a desire to help customers succeed. You bring energy, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.



  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in revenue management, hospitality, data analysis, or a related customer-facing role.

  • Customer-Oriented: Comfortable engaging with clients and supporting customer relationship efforts.

  • Developing Strategist: A foundational understanding of revenue concepts, with interest in deepening your knowledge.

  • Data Curious: Able to interpret data and contribute to performance reviews and strategy discussions.

  • Clear Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eagerness to contribute to client success.

  • Organized & Reliable: Good time management and organizational habits, with the ability to manage tasks across multiple projects.
