Position Summary:

We are looking to hire a seasoned Marketing Automation Manager for our business. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to optimize the effectiveness of our marketing automation programs, using Hubspot, and enhancing the overall communication and marketing experience with our existing customers as well as new leads. You will also own the marketing technology stack and work closely with marketing, sales, product and data teams to plan and deliver ideas that drive customer reactivation, retention, product and solution adoption and customer acquisition. Finally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, content creators, marketing researchers, and project managers to execute programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platform.

* Knowledge of CRM software and integration

* Experience in setting up automated campaigns using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.

* Experience in implementing web tracking technologies.

* Expertise in translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

* Ability to pivot quickly and make fast decisions based on changing needs in a high growth environment.

* A strategic mindset that can see beyond the day-to-day to help the business achieve long-term customer reactivation, retention and acquisition goals.

* Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.

* Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience in creating responsive, user-centric web designs.

* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.

* Understanding of APIs, data mapping and processing, and database architecture a plus.

* Experience with A/B testing and optimization

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

* Develop and implement marketing automation strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that set the short and long-term vision for every stage of the customer lifecycle, developing a strategy and roadmap that delivers the vision.

* Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and targeted automation workflows, influencing email design and content.

* Act as the protector of marketing data to ensure t's accurate and adheres to privacy laws, data management policies and email marketing regulations

* Ensure appropriate tracking parameters are implemented on all email sends.

* Develop an A/B testing plan to optimize campaign performance.

* Maintain?Marketing Automation integration with?account data?and assist in the integration of additional modules and platforms to continuously improve and enhance the automation strategy.

* Leverage web analytics tools and marketing data to analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, such as conversion rates, open rates, click-through rates, and ROI, and use insights to optimize future campaigns and automations.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends, best practices, and technologies, and continuously improve the company's marketing automation capabilities.

* Develop and maintain SOP documentation for marketing automation processes identifying opportunities for improvements.

* Provide training and support to team members on marketing tools.

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

* Experience with the HubSpot CRM, CMS and marketing automation platform is required for this position.

* Strong experience building and deploying emails, using HTML and CSS to manage templates and components appropriately.

* Strong understanding and knowledge of digital marketing and marketing automation industry standards and best practices, including data privacy and compliance.

* HubSpot Certification preferred

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment

* Knowledge of GDPR, PECR and other relevant privacy regulations.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.

* 5+ years experience in marketing automation
