Your Team, Your Impact As the Senior Principal Insider Threat Program Lead at Marvell Semiconductor, you will spearhead a comprehensive insider threat program, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Cybersecurity, Physical Security, Legal, Human Resources, and Engineering. Your leadership will be pivotal in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with employee and contractor access, encompassing accidental and negligent actions, unwitting accomplices, and willful insiders intent on causing harm or benefiting at the company's expense. By partnering with engineering and business leaders, you will gain a deep understanding of Marvell's critical data and processes, devising controls and procedures to protect and respond to potential risks inherent in the semiconductor industry.What You Can Expect
What We're Looking For
Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 148,630 - 222,700, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
